Job Description:

The lead clinical data manager will ensure that all research outputs, such as the SAS database, are delivered on time with the highest quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all analysis and research.
• Coordinate activities with members of other teams (such as EDC specialists and programming specialists) to ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Produce and maintain key clinical data management documents.
• Ensure that the CRF complies with data collection requirements of the study by reviewing the protocol and other supporting documentation.
• Define and review edit-checks included in the data validation plan in agreement with the client.
• Ensure that external data (Labs, SAEs, etc.) has been transferred and is consistent with the clinical database.
• Work closely with clients, project managers, statisticians, and other parties to perform database unblinding and lock activities.
• Develop data management standards (templates and processes).
• Communicate with clients and other project partners on data management issues.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (M.S./M.A.) or Ph.D. in science, biostatistics, or health-related fields.
• Knowledge and experience in SAS programming and CDISC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English.
• Good planning and analysis skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
