Job Description:
Bioanalysis research scientist is responsible for all bioanalytical research using LC-MS/MS, HPLC-UV or any other analytical detection methods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all analysis and research.
- Prepare and review research-related documents (e.g., research plan drafts, revisions, and technical procedures).
- Review toxicology research plans and amendments.
- Draft and review technical and scientific reports and procedures.
- As required, lead interactions with sponsors, suppliers, quality assurance auditors, regulatory auditors, and research supervisors.
- Assist in the development of technology/analytical methods, and perform LC-MS/MS or HPLC-UV measurement of analyses in various matrices.
- Review analysis data generated by the services and ensure the adequacy of records.
- Use various extraction techniques, manual testing, automated equipment, and analytical instruments to plan and coordinate biological sample verification and analysis activities in multidisciplinary laboratories.
- Master's degree (M.S./M.A.) or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related majors.
- Rich experience with LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV with chromatographic data system.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities.
